Progress is progress.

It's now August and my deadline has come and gone. I am healthier than I was 3 months ago. I have started running and hill training! I've pretty much gone from Couch to about 7K in a matter of a month or more. I've continued going to the climbing gym and the climbing tower and doing yoga every week. All in all, I'm pretty happy with my progress.
