Size matters.

There are three 9" layers and three 6" layers of yellow butter cake in the freezer on cake boards and wrapped in layers of plastic wrap. The 9" layers were made in 10" pans. And I have no will power. Enough said.

Also, I think I may try a different recipe over the weekend, buttermilk cake instead. I suppose I won't really know which is the best cake to use until I combine it with the raspberry and buttercream. We shall see...
