I don't know how long it took for me to reduce my cup of freshly drained raspberry juice to a quarter cup in the microwave, but after all that, disaster struck my little one cup liquid measuring cup. Disaster being my clumsiness. I have a square foot of raspberry juice staining the particle board floor in our kitchen. It's one of the few times I'm glad we haven't put our hardwood floors in yet.
Time to start over.
Side note: If ever you find yourself with raspberry or cherry juice on your clothes, boil some water and run it through the stain. It comes out instantly if the stain is fresh. Of course, take your stained clothes off first before you run boiling water through it!
